Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Aimage Club website and iPhone apps. By using the service, creating an account, uploading content, purchasing credits, or requesting generation, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for all actions, uploads, generation requests, and credit usage under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you notice unauthorized activity.
Acceptable use: You may not upload, generate, distribute, or use content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, pornographic, harassing, violent, privacy-invasive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, App Store rules, or our product policies.
Content rights: You must have the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded images, trademarks, logos, product materials, portraits, and prompts. You are responsible for disputes arising from content you submit or use.
Generated output: AI-generated results depend on model capability, input quality, reference images, review policies, and third-party service availability. Results may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, distorted, color-shifted, or not fit for your intended use. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique, commercially usable, or suitable for a specific purpose.
In-App Purchase: Credit packages and other digital items in the iPhone app are purchased through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Prices, taxes, payment methods, receipts, and refund handling are governed by Apple policies and the App Store information shown at purchase time. Credits are granted only after successful Apple verification.
Refunds and order issues: Refund requests for iPhone in-app purchases are handled by Apple under App Store rules. If verification fails, credits will not be granted. If duplicate fulfillment, abnormal credit deduction, or system error occurs, we may reissue, reverse, or adjust credits based on backend records. Consumed credits and completed digital generation are generally non-refundable unless required by Apple policy or applicable law.
Credits: Credits may only be used within the service for image generation, plan generation, editing, or other displayed features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may have different expiration dates, consumption order, and usage restrictions depending on source or product configuration.
Service changes: We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, pricing, credit costs, models, templates, or availability due to security, compliance, model cost, product, or third-party service changes. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Account deletion: You may request account deletion. After deletion, account profile data, uploaded content, and generation history may be deleted or anonymized and may not be recoverable. Payment orders, credit ledgers, and other compliance records may be retained as required.
Apple: Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the service content, generated results, support, or third-party claims. App Store distribution and Apple In-App Purchase remain subject to Apple terms.
Disclaimer and limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that generated results will meet all requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues caused by force majeure, third-party services, network conditions, device issues, review policies, or model limitations.
