This Privacy Policy applies to the Aimage Club website and iPhone apps. We collect and process data only as needed to provide accounts, image generation, orders, credits, support, security, and compliance.

• Account information: We may collect your display name, email address, login status, avatar, and identifiers returned by Apple Sign in or other supported sign-in providers to create accounts, authenticate users, and protect account security.
• Uploaded and generated content: When you use image generation, image editing, ecommerce design, outfit design, poster design, or related tools, we process images you upload, prompts you enter, selected models, aspect ratios, target platforms, generated results, and credit usage to complete your request, show history, handle billing, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Device and usage information: We may collect IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, browser or User-Agent, access time, error logs, and feedback details for fraud prevention, security, customer support, analytics, and debugging.
• Apple In-App Purchase: Payments in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. We store the product ID, transaction ID, order status, purchase time, credited balance, and related order records returned by Apple to grant credits, prevent duplicate fulfillment, investigate order issues, and meet accounting or compliance requirements. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Third-party services: We may use third-party infrastructure, model, storage, payment verification, sign-in, analytics, and error-reporting providers. We only provide the information necessary for those services to perform the requested function. We do not sell your personal information.
• Storage of images and results: Uploaded images and generated results may be stored on our servers or object storage so you can view history, download results, and submit support requests. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use or content containing sensitive personal information.
• Account deletion: You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the app, website, or feedback page. After deletion, we delete or anonymize account profile data, login status, uploaded source images, generation history, and generated-image associations. Payment orders and credit ledgers may be retained where required for accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute handling, but will be detached from directly identifiable account information where reasonably possible.
• Your rights: You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data where applicable. Some deletion requests may make account features, history, credits, or generation services unavailable.
• Children: The service is not directed to children under 13. If your local law requires a higher minimum age, you may use the service only after reaching that age or obtaining guardian consent.
