Mahjong Match Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mahjong Match (Bundle ID: club.aimage.majiang, the "Game"), provided by Aimage Club ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, launching, or continuing to use the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Game.

1. Service

The Game provides single-player casual matching gameplay, levels, local virtual coins, energy, stars, items, tasks, third-party banner ads, optional rewarded ads, and usage analytics. The current version does not provide user accounts, social features, cloud saves, or a proprietary online backend.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use exploits, cheats, automation, modified clients, or tools that interfere with normal gameplay;
• Copy, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game without authorization;
• Bypass or interfere with advertising, authorization, security, or integrity protections;
• Use the Game for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Misrepresent your relationship with us, Apple, Google, or any other party.

4. Local Saves and Virtual Content

Coins, energy, stars, items, progress, and other virtual content are for use only within the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the Game. Save data is stored locally. Uninstalling the Game, clearing app data, changing devices, or system failure may permanently delete progress. Because there are no accounts or cloud saves, we generally cannot restore lost progress.

5. Rewarded Advertising

• Rewarded ads are optional and are not required for core level gameplay;
• Some screens may display banner ads, which do not grant coins, energy, or item rewards;
• Ad content, availability, and loading are controlled by third-party services such as Google AdMob;
• Virtual rewards are granted only after the advertising SDK confirms completion;
• Rewards may be unavailable due to network failure, lack of inventory, early closure, or service errors;
• Advertisers are responsible for third-party goods and services shown in ads.

6. Analytics Services

The Game uses Umeng+ U-App Analytics to measure launches, active use, level results, feature interactions, item usage, and advertising usage for product analysis, level evaluation, and app stability. These analytics events do not require an account and do not include a name, telephone number, or precise location that we actively submit.

Umeng is a third-party service, and its processing scope, retention, and security measures are governed by its service terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features to fix issues, improve the Game, or comply with law and platform rules. Compatibility, operating-system changes, networks, third-party SDKs, and events outside our control may interrupt use. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game and its software, interface, text, artwork, music, sound, animation, and related content are owned by us or their lawful rights holders. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Umeng, Google, and Apple also independently process information under their respective policies when providing analytics, advertising, and store services.

10. Children

Users below the age at which they may independently consent under local law should use the Game only after a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms. Guardians should manage play time and help minors understand ads.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of local save data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate services where permitted by law if you materially breach these Terms, infringe rights, or create a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the Game, maintenance, and support. To the applicable extent, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce relevant provisions. Your use of the Game is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's location, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion, followed by the procedures available under applicable law.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms when features, platform rules, or laws change. Material changes may be announced in the Game, release notes, or on this page.
