DualCam Shot is an iPhone dual-camera shooting app that supports simultaneous front and rear camera preview, photo capture, video recording, picture-in-picture layouts, filters, floating-window shapes, watermarks, and Pro features.
The app does not require account registration, does not provide social publishing features, and does not upload the photos or videos you capture to our servers.
To provide photo capture, video recording, simultaneous dual-camera preview, and audio recording, the app requests access to your camera and microphone. Camera frames and microphone audio are used only for local preview, capture, and photo or video composition. Unless you choose to save or share the content, it is not uploaded to our servers.
To save captured photos and videos to the system photo library, the app requests add-only photo library permission. If you choose to open the photo library, the app may redirect you to the system Photos app. We do not read, upload, or analyze other content in your photo library.
To improve product experience, analyze feature usage, and troubleshoot issues, the app uses Umeng analytics. Umeng may collect device model, system version, app version, language, region, network status, device identifiers, launch information, page views, feature taps, crash logs, and abnormal event information. This information is used for analytics, product optimization, stability improvements, and basic operational analysis. It is not used for advertising tracking or cross-app tracking.
If you purchase DualCam Shot Pro, the purchase process is handled by Apple App Store. We do not receive your bank card number, payment account, or full payment credentials. The app may read purchase status, product ID, subscription status, transaction verification results, and similar information returned by Apple to unlock Pro features, restore purchases, and determine membership entitlements.
The app may store certain settings locally on your device, such as language, filters, layouts, floating-window size, floating-window shape, border style, mirror settings, grid switch, and cached Pro unlock status. These settings are primarily stored locally to provide a stable user experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
To provide analytics and App Store in-app purchase features, we may share necessary information with Apple and Umeng Analytics. Apple is used for app downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, purchase restoration, TestFlight, and App Store services. Umeng Analytics is used for basic analytics, device analysis, feature usage analysis, and crash analysis. Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you review those policies.
Photos and videos captured with the app are stored by default on your device or in the system photo library.
We do not actively upload, store, view, or share your photos, videos, or audio content.
If you share captured content through system sharing, social platforms, cloud drives, or other third-party apps, the processing of that content is controlled by the third-party service you choose.
You can manage permissions at any time in iOS Settings > DualCam Shot.
You may disable camera, microphone, or photo library permissions. Some features may not work properly after required permissions are disabled.
Captured content is mainly stored on your device or in the system photo library, and you can delete it yourself. Local settings are stored on your device and can be cleared by deleting the app.
Analytics data may be retained by third-party service providers for a certain period according to their privacy policies.

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Minors should use the app with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. If a guardian believes that a minor has provided personal information to us, they may contact us for assistance.
We take reasonable measures to protect information security, including using system permission mechanisms, minimizing data collection, and limiting data use.
However, no internet service or local device environment can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy based on feature changes, laws and regulations, or App Store requirements.
When we update this policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page. For material changes, we may notify you through in-app notices or other reasonable methods.
The data collection description in this Privacy Policy should remain consistent with the “App Privacy” information submitted in App Store Connect. If we later add advertising, accounts, cloud sync, face recognition, AI background removal, or similar features, we will update both this Privacy Policy and the App Store Connect privacy information in a timely manner.
